*Essential STOTT PILATES? Mat 6 Week Series - Starts July 12th
This 6 week series is ideal for those new to STOTT PILATES? and those who
will benefit from learning STOTTs 5 basic principles in a small group setting.

A complimentary one-on-one postural assessment will be included
and scheduled individually with the instructor.
?Learn how to safely modify and progress within the repertoire of STOTT PILATES?
?Develop your core muscles as you engage in progressive strengthening exercises.
During the 6 week session, you will build on your knowledge, practicing and reviewing the STOTT repertoire. The instructor will provide safe modifications to correct for weakness or physical restrictions. A variety of STOTT PILATES? props will be used during all classes.

Private STOTT PILATES training sessions incorporate small equipment and include a personal postural assessment.

STOTT PILATES? Instructor
Aleksandra is a trained Intensive Mat Plus, STOTT PILATES? instructor here at Quest.? She graduated with her Master?s Degree from the Academy of Physical Education in Cracow, Poland and is graduating with her second degree in Health Science at USM (wellness track) with a holistic and integrative health minor.? Aleksandra has a strong background in pilates based programming, registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, Level II Reiki Practitioner and is also a certified Personal Trainer.? She primarily focuses on wellness education and coaching, mind-body focused personal training and small group training including yoga, pilates and customized fitness programs.
