Conquer Painful Emotional Triggers With BAUD - Easy Health Options

We all have our emotional triggers: those things that just flip some internal switch and make us feel angry, sad, anxious or even happy. It can be a smell, a sound, the tone of someone?s voice or the way someone is relating to you that immediately, yet unconsciously, triggers something from the past, affecting your emotional state in the present. If it is a negatively charged event, your mood changes and your decision-making process and actions can become unintentionally skewed in a negative direction.

Psychotherapy is the traditional method for working through these triggers. It takes quite a bit of time (decades, in some cases) to resolve such emotional triggers. More recent therapies, like EFT (emotional freedom technique) and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) are successful in much shorter times (as low as single sessions), yet repeated sessions on the same issues are often necessary because there are many facets to any given memory, event or feeling.

There is an even newer therapy, called BAUD, that just may be the fastest of them all.

The BAUD is a handheld Bio Acoustical Utilization Device. It is a powerful therapeutic tool that is FDA-cleared and registered. Its technology is based on the latest discoveries of neuroscience and works through neuroacoustic stimulation. Invented by Dr. Frank Lawlis, clinical director of the Lawlis-Peavey Clinic in Dallas, its patented technology uses specially designed sound frequencies and waveforms to quickly stimulate neural plasticity in specific and highly targeted ways. Essentially, it is a form of assisted neurotherapy.

Unlike other devices like those used in biofeedback, the BAUD doesn?t require an external monitor to gauge the user?s progress. Your sensations are used to monitor their neural response, and you tune the frequencies to achieve a desired result. In essence, the client?s brain becomes the monitor. The product developers assume this happens because the sound frequencies and waveforms quickly stimulate a parasympathetic response in very specific brain areas associated with the target problem (emotional trigger). This brings neural function out of an aroused level and produces often dramatic relief of the problem symptoms.

Unwanted Patterns

In simple terms, the use of the BAUD device helps the user disrupt unwanted neural patterns, the sometimes crippling emotions and beliefs tied to past trauma that can initiate a strong and unwanted physical response in the present (like sweating, muscle cramping, headache, nausea, etc.). Use of the device resolves your emotional programming that resulted from the original traumas, and which has unconsciously led your decision making and beliefs about yourself, your health and how you see the world.

The user simply tunes the BAUD, and these frequencies mix to create binaural pulses that initially match the brain frequency of the unwanted neural pattern and then interfere with the brain pattern to disrupt it. By simply listening to special sound frequencies through the BAUD earphones, you can actually affect the function of neural activity deep within the brain.

Simple And Effective

The BAUD device is simple and effectively treats three main categories of problems: emotional issues, urges or impulses, and physical symptoms like pain. Here?s how it works:

  1. You activate your target issue (emotional trigger) by focusing your attention on it. Try to identify the location or area in your body where you actually feel your problem and allow yourself to fully experience it.
  2. Switch the BAUD on and balance the sound in your earphones by turning the right and left volume-control knobs until the sound you hear is moderately loud and perfectly equal in both ears and seems centered in your head.
  3. Slowly tune the pitch or arousal frequency until you feel the sound connect to either the body location of your problem ? or, more importantly, with your feelings themselves.
  4. Continue focusing on your problem feelings as you slowly turn the disruptor knob until you reach a place where the sound seems to neutralize or reduce the problem feeling (e.g., anxiety) you are focusing on. This indicates you are affecting the targeted neural areas of the brain.
  5. Continue to try to keep the target problem active by continually bringing it to mind and, therefore, keeping the neural activity going in the targeted brain areas. Try to do this for anywhere from five to 20 minutes after you have found the disruptor frequency that reduces the targeted feeling before turning off the BAUD and ending the session.

With all of the great things it promises to resolve ? from pain to emotional issues ? looking into BAUD therapy could be a powerful tool in overcoming some of the most difficult psychological issue affecting your life in emotional and physical ways.
