8:00 PM: A group of Detroit Lions players helped hand out 4,000 coats to the city's children in an event Saturday sponsored by a local pizza chain.

7:45 PM: Former MLB players Andre Dawson & Mike Lowell served as honorary managers for a Miracle League of Miami-Dade baseball game Saturday for children with special needs.

7:30 PM: During halftime of Saturday's game against Washington State, the Arizona State marching band paid tribute to Pat Tillman with a "PT 42" formation on the field.

7:15 PM: Dynamo Moscow soccer goalie Anton Shunin was taken to the hospital with an eye injury after a thrown firecracker exploded in his face during a match Saturday against Zenit St. Petersburg. The match was called off after Shunin's injury.
